Member Support Fund

Apply for support:

The STAY Project is excited to be offering financial support to our members who are organizing a project/event in their communities!

We are able to offer up to $200 to support members’ projects that align with our mission and core beliefs, which can be found here. Specifically, we are hoping to support projects/events that further STAY’s work of providing space for young Appalachians to gather, learn with/from, create, and work together.

How to request support for your project:

  1. Be a Member of STAY - We only accept applications from STAY Project members but membership is free, all you have to do is sign up here!

  2. Answer the questions in the form on this page.


If your application is approved by the STAY Project steering committee and you receive the funds, we will require the following items:

  1. Receipts for all of the purchases made with the funds you receive

  2. 3-5 photos of the event or project

  3. One paragraph write up about how the event or project turned out, share highlights and lessons learned.
